Can I purchase Bobby Pins and Hair Ties without signing up?
You can! But if you want to upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription you will need to create an account. 

Is there a lock-in contract?
There isn't one! We have no minimum contract. We pride ourselves on our product and you have free reign to cancel your subscription at any time.

Are there cancellation or sign-up fees?
Nope. None at all. Whether you're getting on or off the Dollar Hair Co. train, there are no added fees.

How do I change my shipping address?
Simply login in by clicking on the user icon under our logo, then click on the relevant tab and follow the prompts.

How do I cancel my subscription?
We’re not sure why you ever would. However if you insist, as above: Log in, Click on the ‘Manage My Subscription’ button and follow the prompts. 

Is there a shipping fee and tax rate?
Shipping is Flat-Rate $1.99 on all products nationwide within the United States. 

How often do you ship and ETA for delivery?
We currently ship on the 1st of every month and are looking to add more shipping dates throughout the month. Delivery time is approximately 8-19 business days depending on your location, subject to post office delay and international customs outside of Dollar Hair Co.'s control.

Do you accept PayPal?
Sorry, we don't accept PayPal at this time, only two major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard.
